Application to join the NII membership
April 5th 2025 – April 4th 2026/27
Membership of NII is open to any individual in the food, drink or pharmaceutical industry who is currently or is eligible to be a:
- Registered Nutritionist, RNutr (UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists)
- Registered Associate Nutritionist, ANutr (UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists)
- Registered Dietitian (Health & Care Professions Council)
The food, drink or pharmaceutical industry includes manufacturers, ingredients suppliers, retailers, caterers, food service, nutrition service suppliers, medical food companies (baby foods and clinical nutrition products) and organisations that have industry partners/companies as members such as charities and certain trade associations. If you don’t meet our requirements, we will still consider your application if you have the appropriate qualifications.
Freelance Nutritionists and Dietitians who meet the membership criteria, are eligible to join but must provide details of their current industry clients, and any vested interests on the application form.
The cost of membership is £50 (1 year) or £95 (2 years)
